Please read this entire message, as it contains important information for Relay Carnival this Sunday, June 28, at Whetstone. The rain date is July 6.

Swimmer Declarations

If you have not already done so, please declare your swimmer in SwimTopia. Even if you are unsure whether they will swim, please mark them as available so coaches can begin building relay lineups.

Team Area
Our team area is Area 6, located to the right of the entrance (see attached map). There are four tables and several chairs available, but space will fill quickly. Please consider bringing your own chairs. The team will provide canopies for shade.

Pool Configuration
This pool has two deep ends, so timers will only need to move once during the meet.

Swimmers will use a combination of in-water starts and dives, depending on the event. Please review the attached lineup, which specifies the start type for each event.

Parking
Parking is limited, so please review the attached parking map and plan accordingly. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

• No pool parking in adjacent residential areas
• Whetstone Community Center – 45 spaces (reserved for parking pass holders)
• Centerway Park – approximately 100 yards southeast of the pool on Centerway Road (60 spaces)
• Parking on the grass is permitted if space is available.
• Lidl Grocery Store – approximately a 5–10 minute walk via the designated walking path (60 spaces)
• No street crossing is required.
• Whetstone Elementary School – Park at your own risk.
• The school now requires authorization to park in its lot.

Parent Relay
If you are interested in participating in the Parent Relay, please let one of us know as soon as possible.

Concessions
Concessions will be available throughout the meet and will accept cash, credit/debit cards, and tap-to-pay.
